This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following relief:
"(a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari calling for the records and to quash order dated 11.01.2019 passed by respondent no. 2 (Annexure No. 7) without following the order of C.G.R.F., Allahabad and without considering the objections of the petitioner.
(b) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to comply the order 20.03.2018 (Annexure No. 2) passed by C.G.R.F. Allahabad."
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file appropriate application before the Respondent No. 2, Vidyut Lokpal ventilating his grievances within 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order. In case, any such application is moved by the petitioner, the authority concerned will consider and decide the said application in accordance with law expeditiously.
We make it clear that we have not entered into the merits of the claim being made by the petitioner and the same shall be decided by the authority concerned on its own merits.
