1. This petition is restricted to petitioner No.1 and petitioner Nos. 2 to 5 shall file separate petition.

2. Amendment to the aforesaid effect to be carried out forthwith.

3. Notice returnable on 22nd June 2012.

4. It is clarified that any order with reference to recovery is not passed at this stage only because such order is not placed on record. If any order to recover any amount on account of the impugned decision is passed before the returnable date, it may not be acted upon until the returnable date.
