The prayer in this petition is to decide the petitioner's claim for the benefit provided by Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Bima Yojana on account of death of her husband in a road accident.
As the claim of the petitioner is yet to be decided, we deem it appropriate to dispose of this petition by requiring the first respondent to take appropriate decision on the claim of the petitioner, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of such claim application along with copy of this order.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
