JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Abhinav Singh, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ratnesh Chandra, learned counsel for the opposite parties.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the opposite parties to provide the 3rd ACP (Assured Career Progression) as per the Government Order dated 03.03.2015 on completion of 26 years of service.
(ii) to issue writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding / directing the opposite party No.3 to consider the representation dated 18.05.2021 and 20.05.2021 of the petitioners and provide the benefit of 3rd ACP (Assured Career Progression) as the similarly situated persons have been given by order dated 18.01.2021 and 19.03.2021, as contained in Annexure Nos.16 and 17 of the writ petition.
(iii) to issue a writ, order or direction int he nature of mandamus commanding/ directing the opposite parties to pay admissible interest from the due date till the actual payment of arrears of Assured Career Progression to the petitioners."
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that for redressal of their grievances the petitioners have preferred couple of representations to the competent authority, but no appropriate decision has been taken till date. By means of Annexure No.1, the petitioners have annexed some representations.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that the petitioners are ready to prefer fresh separate representation to the Competent Authority, therefore, they may be permitted to prefer afresh representation to the opposite party No.3 i.e. the General Manager, (Personnel), U.P. State Road Transport Corporation, Lucknow and the direction may be issued him to consider and decide the representations of the petitioners with expedition.
Learned counsel for the opposite parties has no objection if direction for disposal of the said representation is issued.
In view of the above, without entering into merits of the issue, the instant writ petition is being disposed of finally at the admission stage permitting the petitioners to prefer a fresh separate representation to the opposite party No.3 i.e. the General Manager (Personnel) U.P. State Road Transport Corporation, Lucknow raising all their pleas and grounds which are available with them for disposal of the representations annexing therewith copy of their earlier representations and the relevant documents in support of their claim within a period of ten days from today, and if such representations are preferred by the petitioners within the aforesaid stipulated time, the authority concerned shall consider and decide the representations of the petitioners, strictly in accordance with law by passing a speaking and reasoned order with expedition, preferably within a period of ten weeks from the date of presentation of a certified/computerized copy of this order along with representations and the decision thereof be intimated to the petitioners forthwith.
In view of the aforesaid terms, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
