…Respondents (By Sri. S.V. Hegde Mulkhand, Advocate for R2) This Review Petition is filed under Order 47 Rule 1 r/w Section 114 of Code of Civil Procedure praying to review the order dated 12.06.2012 passed in MFA No.8700/2010 (MV).
This Petition coming up for Orders this day, the court made the following:
ORDER This Review petition is filed to correct the typographical error crept in the judgment passed on 12.06.2012 in MFA No.8700/2010 (MV) wherein at the end of para-6 while calculating loss of estate, the income of the deceased was wrongly typed as Rs.45/- instead of Rs.450/- and consequently the award of total compensation is also wrongly mentioned as Rs.8,640/- instead of Rs.86,400/- This is a typographical error.
Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to issue fresh copy of the order by making above said corrections in the amounts mentioned at the end of para-6 of judgment dated 12.06.2012 passed in MFA No.8700/2010 (MV) as observed above and the remaining portion of the order stands undisturbed.
