Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and contentions on merits being left open, the claim of the petitioner for absorption as a Collection Peon in accordance with the provision made in the Uttar Pradesh Collection Peon Rules, 2004, shall be duly considered and a final decision communicated to the petitioner within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
