Learned A.G.A. has submitted that in the present matter charge- sheet has already been submitted against the present accused. It is further submitted that the provisions of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is not applicable in the offence under Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 by virtue of Section 18 of said Act.
Learned counsel for the applicant has prayed that the present application may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the said prayer.
Accordingly, present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
