Writ petitioner-appellant aggrieved by the order dated 2nd August, 2004 passed by a learned Single Judge in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 32238 of 2004, has preferred this appeal under Rule 5 Chapter VIII of the Allahabad High Court Rules. Writ petitioner-appellant (hereinafter referred to as the "petitioner") filed the writ application for quashing the order dated 18th July, 1999 passed by the District Inspector of Schools, Agra, whereby he declined to grant approval to the appointment of the petitioner. Further prayer made by the petitioner was for quashing the order dated 30th May, 2000 passed by the Joint Director of Education, Agra Region, Agra, which also negatived the claim of the petitioner.
Mr. V.K. Singh, appears on behalf of the petitioner. The District Inspector of Schools had held that appointment of the petitioner was made beyond the sanctioned strength and therefore, no approval could be granted. The same has been affirmed by the Joint Director of Education as also by this Court in the writ petition.
Finding that the petitioner was appointed beyond the sanctioned strength, was considered on the basis of relevant material, the finding cannot be said to be erroneous in any way, so as to call for interference in this appeal.
We do not find any merit in this appeal. It is dismissed accordingly.
