Re: Civil Misc. Impleadment Application No. Nil of 2019 The impleadment application is misconceived and is accordingly rejected.
The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.189 of 2009, expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioners states that suit has been been transferred from the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.3 to the court of Additional Civil Judge, Court No.2, Etawah. He states that a Presiding Officer is duly posted in the said court and there is no impediment in proceeding with the matter.
As the suit is pending since the year 2009, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
