Pursuant to liberty granted, Sri Nand Lal, learned counsel has appeared on behalf of the opposite party and has also placed on the record instructions to which is appended an order dated 27 April 2018. The said instructions for the purposes of identification are marked as "X". The opposite parties have taken the view that the applicant is not entitled to the grant of pensionary benefits since her husband is still alive and she is dependant on him rather than on her deceased son.
Since the view has been taken by the opposite parties is on merits, nothing further survives on this petition, which shall stand disposed of.
