THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:-

2. Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
3. In this petition, the petitioner inter alia seeks for a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner at Annexures – F, G and J.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed of with a direction to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.
5. In view of the aforesaid submission and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider and decide the representations submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all necessary parties, by a speaking order within a period of six weeks from today.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
