Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ. By this Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for a mandamus commanding the Ist respondent to desist from harassing the petitioner and his minor child, Basil Kurian. Petitioner is the husband whereas the 2nd respondent is his wife. From the pleadings, it appears that matrimonial disputes are pending between the parties.
2. The learned Government Pleader submits that there is no further report regarding the alleged harassment. This Writ Petition is filed in the year 2008 and that by efflux of time, this W.P. (C ) No. 16541 of 2008 - T 2 petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
