Application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
2. The petitioner seeking to quash the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner in C.C.No.693 of 2013 of the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Changanassery and for a direction to the Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court, Changanassery not to insist separate sets of sureties for the cases enlisted in Annexure-A7.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has obtained favourable orders with regard to relief No.(ii) in some other cases and therefore, the said relief is not pressed. Regarding relief No.(i), I am of the view that the petitioner shall surrender before the court below and seek bail.
