ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“…to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 7th respondent in removing petitioner’s name from the voters list of the 6th respondent society as illegal, arbitrary, non application of mind, contrary to the procedure established by law, ultra-virus and in violation of principles of natural justice and consequently direct the 7th respondent to include petitioner’s name in the final voters list of the 6th respondent society in the interest of justice.”
After arguing the case, Mr. Kambhampati Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to his client to avail any other remedy available to him in law.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.46640 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
