JUDGMENT / ORDER

2 Kure Nagalakshmi W/o. Ramachandrappa, . Petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 & 3 AND The State of A.P., rept. by the Public Prosecutor, High Court of A.P., Hyderabad, through SHO, Mahanandi PS., Mahanandi, Kurnool District.
. Respondent/Complainant Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to enlarge the petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No. 37 of 2013 on the file of the Mahanandi Police Station, Kurnool, Kurnool District.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition and the Memo of grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of SRI N. ASWARTHA NARAYANA, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor, for the Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER Petitioners are A2 and A3. They seek for grant of anticipatory bail. They allegedly committed offences under Section 498-A IPC and also offences under Sections 420, 323, 324, 506 and 509 IPC. The first petitioner is a senior citizen. The second petitioner is a woman. In view of the age of the first petitioner and sex of the second petitioner and also in view of the nature of the offences involved, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. Petitioners shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nandyal, shall enlarge the petitioners on bail on a personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each in a likesum to his satisfaction.
