JUDGMENT / ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.29303 of 2010 Between:
Kuppili Satyavathy PETITIONER AND 1. The Station House Officer, Gannavaram Police Station, Vijayawada, Krishna District, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
When the case was called on 06.11.2014 learned counsel for the petitioner was absent. Hence the matter was directed to be posted today. Even today, when the case is called, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf.
Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
