The learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the respondents report before this Court that there is no instruction from their respective clients. Further more, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant has filed a memo with returned postal cover addressed to the appellant and submits that the postal cover was returned as “insufficient address”.
