Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This anticipatory bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant seeking anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 241 of 2021, under Sections - 307, 324, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station - Nawabganj, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial.
Upon consideration of the various aspects of this case and upon perusal of the statement of the victim himself, obviously prima- facie case is made out against the applicant and it cannot be said that the accusation is unfounded. Therefore, no interference is required by this Court, at this stage.
However, the applicant is free to agitate his claim at the stage of regular bail before the appropriate court.
Consequently, the instant anticipatory bail application is
dismissed.
The observation made herein above will have no bearing upon the merit of the case.
