Learned counsel for the petitioners Sri Ram Kishore Pandey submits that certain subsequent development has been taken place during the pendency of the writ petition. The petitioners seek leave to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to approach the competent authority against the election claim set up by the outgoing Committee of Management.
The writ petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
