Heard Sri Rajiv Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri N.K.Verma, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
The relief sought in this petition is for direction to the respondent no.2, Station House Officer, Police Station Baldev, Mathura to comply his own order/ report dated 20.07.2018 by providing police protection to the petitioner and his land Khata No. 137 area 5.111 hectare, land revenue Rs. 44/-65 of Village Madaura, Tehsil Mahawan, P.S. Baldev, District Mathura against the respondent nos. 5 to 11.
The prayer made in the writ petition is wholly misconceived. The petition lacks merit. It is accordingly dismissed.
However, it will be open for the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedy available under law.
