1. Solitary grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his application for mutation being Case No. 02210 of 2020 (Computerized Case No. T202005440202210) (Kunwar Pal Vs. Champa Devi), filed under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, before respondent no.2- Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Hata, District-Kushi Nagar, has remained pending since 2020.
3. Keeping in mind that the proceedings had been recently executed and without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2-Tehsildar (Judicial), Tehsil-Hata, District-Kushi Nagar, to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and cooperates in the proceedings.
