Sri Ashish Mishra, learned counsel for the respondent on the strength of the instructions received submits that the petitioner has obtained marks less than the cut of marks in the Uttar Pradesh Civil Courts Staff Centralized Recruitment 2018-19 examination.
In view thereof, the petition being devoid of merit is, accordingly, dismissed.
