JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Bachchoo Lal,J.
1. We find that the case was dismissed in default vide order dated 22.12.2009.
2. Application for restoration is pending.
3. The petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing Case Crime No.260 of 2005, under Sections 147, 323, 504, 452, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Chowk, Lucknow.
4. Investigating Officer is directed to file a short affidavit as regards the stage of investigation. No further time would be given, considering the facts that the case relates to 2005.
5. List on 15.02.2016.
