By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh to conclude trial in complaint case no.5677 of 2016, Kunwar Indra Bhushan vs. Prabhat Kumar, under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Rani Ki Sarai, District Azamgarh.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Azamgarh to conclude trial in complaint case no.5677 of 2016, Kunwar Indra Bhushan vs. Prabhat Kumar, under Section 138 N.I. Act, P.S. Rani Ki Sarai, District Azamgarh expeditiously preferably within a period of three monthz from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
