Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.
The present second bail application has been filed with the prayer to grant bail to the applicant in case crime no. 803 of 2013 under Section 420 IPC, P.S. South District Firozabad.
It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant was an agent of LIC and he has not committed any fraud and whatever transaction is made, it is checked by the officer, thereafter, money is transferred in the account of policy holder through N.E.F.T. It is, therefore, argued that the applicant has not committed any fraud and he has been falsely implicated.
Learned A.G.A. has stated that as per the prosecution version the applicant had given his own account number and matured amount has been transferred in his account.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the material on record, this Court is of the opinion that no good ground is made out for enlarging the applicant on bail. The prayer for bail is hereby rejected.
However, the present bail application is disposed of finally with the direction to the court concerned to conclude the trial of the aforesaid case, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if proceedings is not stayed by any court of law.
