Learned counsel for the applicant states that since District Basic Education Officer, Kaushambi, who was impleaded in the contempt application, has been transferred and new District Basic Education Officer has taken over the charge and he wants to pursue the matter further.
The contempt application, therefore, prayed for dismissal as withdrawn at this stage.
The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
