Archana Acharya, learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as Mr. Bhavesh Choksi, learned Advocate for Nanavati Associates state that an attempt was made to find out amicable solution in the matter. Ms. Acharya, learned Advocate appearing for the respondent Company states that today the respondent Company has handed over two cheques aggregating to Rs.25,000/- to the learned Counsel for the petitioner Ms. Acharya. Ms. Acharya further requests that the matter may be kept on 01.05.2012, so as to ascertain whether both the cheques are encashed. Parties still want to further negotiate. Considering these facts, S.O. to 01.05.2012.
