Petitioner submits that his application for demarcation is pending before the Court of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil and District Kashganj (Respondent no. 2).
It appears that petitioner has not paid necessary fees for demarcation and therefore merely filing application is not sufficient to claim demarcation.
This writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned revenue authority to pay the necessary fees as prescribed under Rule 24 of the UP Revenue Code, 2016, then claim decision on his application for demarcation.
Petitioner is relegated to avail such remedy before the competent authority.
