Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State.
The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing a mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to ensure that fair, fast and proper investigation is done in F.I.R. registered as Case Crime No. 230 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Muskara, District Hamirpur. Further prayer has been made for a direction to respondent no. 3 to produce grand daughter of petitioner (daughter of Pradeep) before Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hamirpur and record her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
The submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that investigation is not being done by respondent no. 3 in proper manner.
In such view of the matter, we leave it open to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 with his grievance along with true attested copy of the instant order. In that event, he shall examine grievance of the petitioner and do the needful.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
