The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed for a suitable direction to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court Room No.8, Ghaziabad to decide the Case Crime No.151 of 2017 (Case No.4016247 of 2018), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Ghaziabad, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court Room No.8, Ghaziabad, within stipulated period.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending, which is finally disposed of with a direction to learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court Room No.8, Ghaziabad to consider and decide the Case Crime No.151 of 2017 (Case No.4016247 of 2018), under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. & Section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Ghaziabad, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court Room No.8, Ghaziabad, most expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, before concerned court below, in accordance with law, after hearing the concerned parties, without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the party, in case the proceedings of the aforesaid case, is not stayed by any Court.
