JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner approached this Court aggrieved by non consideration of Exts.P12 and P13 by respondents 2 and 3. Petitioner's case is that he was working as SCPO within Kottarakkara S.H.O, one Pradeep Kumar has given a bribe to another police personnel. However, petitioner's name has also unnecessarily dragged to this issue and on account of this, petitioner has been transferred to another place. Petitioner submits that he was not involved in any issue relating to the complaint of bribery alleged to have claimed by the Pradeep Kumar on police personnel. Petitioner submits that on account of certain other personnel vendetta of some others, he has been dragged into this issue ultimately been transferred from Kottarakkara to Kulathupuzha. Petitioner raised his grievance by Exts.P12 and P13. It is also submitted that the 5th respondent has admitted that the petitioner is innocent. Petitioner submits that a detailed enquiry is necessary in this mater to find out the real culprits behind this entire episode.
In view of the above, there shall be direction to the second W.P(C).No.22172 of 2014 V 2 respondent to consider Exts.P12 and P13 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment as expeditiously as possible at any rate after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
