The petitioner has approached the first respondent by Ext.P3 under Rule 17 of the EFL Rules, 2007. The limited request of the petitioner is that the first respondent shall consider Ext.P3 as expeditiously as possible. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to dispose of Ext.P3 after hearing the petitioner within a period of three months.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
