Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that court below be directed to decide the Complaint Case No. 81 of 2018 (Kunj Shree Vs. Shiv Shankar Sahu), under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Line Bazar, District Jaunpur pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Vth, Jaunpur, expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the lower court may be directed to decide the complaint as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as provided under the statute fixing short dates in the matter if there is no other legal impediment.
With the above observations, the application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. stands disposed of.
