ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside proceedings in Rc.No.248/2014/B, dated 14.03.2014, of respondent No.3, whereby he has suspended the petitioner’s Fair Price shop authorization on the ground that she has secured appointment by producing fake educational certificates.
After hearing Mr.G.Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (A.P), I am of the opinion that interests of justice would be met if respondent No.3 conducts detailed enquiry and passes a final order.
Accordingly, respondent No.3 is directed to pass a final order, after holding a detailed enquiry, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of this order.
Subject to the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WPMP.No.49098 of 2014 stands disposed of as infructuous.
