JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is aggrieved with the non-settlement of the timings in a granted permit; which has delayed the issuance of the same. By Ext.P1 dated 23.7.2013, the petitioner is stated to have been granted a permit in the route Tirur-Chemmad. The petitioner is also seem to have offered a stage carriage KL-10-U-6918 for operation in the said route. The petitioner had submitted Ext.P2 request before the Secretary, Regional Transport Authority since the timing conference was adjourned on the various dates mentioned in the same; totaling about ten occasions. It is in such circumstances that the petitioner has approached this Court seeking consideration of Ext.P3 application, for temporary permit on the route in which permit has been granted as per Ext.P1; on the basis of the proposed timings.
2. It is also seen from Ext.P3 that the petitioner has offered another vehicle bearing registration No.KL-10-M-81. If the current records of the said vehicle has been produced before the Secretary, W.P.(C)No.30457 of 2014 2 Regional Transport Authority; the Secretary shall issue a temporary permit, if the grant is still valid, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the judgment with the proposed timings subject however to finalisation of the settlement being made, in a properly convened conference.
The writ petition is disposed of.
