ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue Writ or order direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, to declare the proceedings of Respondent No.3, dated 4-9- 2014 as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently, to set aside the same.”
At the hearing, Sri B.Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 17.09.2014, in WPMP.No.33927 of 2014 is vacated and WPMP.No.33927 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
