ORDER:
At the interlocutory stage, the writ petition is taken up for hearing and disposal with the consent of the learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of the respondents in granting final registration certificate in favour of the petitioners for carrying on aqua culture.
At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Fisheries (AP) appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the applications of the petitioners are at the final stage of consideration and that a final decision will be taken and communicated to them on the said applications within one month.
In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.2 to consider the applications of the petitioners for final registration certificate, take a decision and communicate the same to them within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.Nos.22062 and 35014 of 2014 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
