JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned AGP states under the instruction of the competent authority that petitioner approaching the concerned authority with appropriate documents mentioned in the resolution dated 07.01.2012, then it shall be considered and appropriate action will be taken.
In light of this, Shri Bharda, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file fresh petition in case of difficulty.
Permission, as sought for is granted. The matter is disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
