1. The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 45 days so as to get his old widowed mother treated for cataract.
2. In the application, it is mentioned that his old widowed mother, the wife and a brother about whom it is stated that he is residing separately with his family.
3. Learned APP invited attention of this Court to jail remarks. The convict was out on temporary bail for a period of ten days in the month of April-May, 2012 on the occasion of marriage of his niece.
4. Taking into consideration the above facts, no case is made out to grant temporary bail and hence the same is rejected.
