Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 210/654/2017 (Kundan and others Vs. Lawangi) under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. Case No. 210/654/2017 (Kundan and others Vs. Lawangi) under Section 35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Tamkuhiraj, District Kushinagar shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
