Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ponnur, Guntur District.
And whereas, the High Court upon perusing the memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri. P. Nagendra Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1, directed issue of notice to Second Respondent herein returnable in four weeks to show cause as to why this petition should not be admitted; And the Court also permitted the learned counsel for the petitioner to take out personal notice to the Second respondent and file proof of service;
