Kumudchandra vs Mistry

It is reported and it appears even from the report of the bailiff, who went to serve notice of this Court in Civil Application No. 4663/2011 dated 20/04/2011 that the sole respondent-Mistry Thakorbhai Chunilal has expired on 14/09/2005 and despite the same no steps are taken to bring the heirs of the sole respondent on record. Under the circumstances, both the Civil Applications and Civil Revision Application No. 964/2000 are dismissed as having been abated.
