Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The applicant has filed this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. with a prayer that the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur be directed to decide the criminal Criminal Case No.4692 of 2009 (Kumbh Nath Vs. Pushpa Singh and others) under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Kotwali, District Ghazipur expeditiously within a stipulated period.
Learned counsel for the applicant urged that the learned lower court may be directed to decide the case as mentioned above expeditiously within a time frame as decided by this Court.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously fixing short dates if there is no other legal impediment.
With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
