Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 & 3 in not hand overing the investigation of the case in Crime.No.66/2012 of Medikonduru Police Station to CBCID Guntur or any other investigation officer not below the rank of the SDPO, by taking action against the respondent Nos.5 to 10, basing on representation of the petitioner Dt. 02-12- 2013, as illegal, arbitrary, against violate of Article 14, 19 and 21of Constitution of India, against the principles of natural justice, consequently to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 3 to hand over the investigation of the case in Crime.No.66/2012 of Medikonduru Police Station to CBCID Guntur or any other investigation officer not below the rank of the SDPO, by taking action against the respondents No.5 to 10, basing on representation of the petitioner Dt. 02-12-2013.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Challa Srinivas Reddy, Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home for Respondent Nos.1 to 4, the Court made the following ORDER:
Despite time having been granted, learned Government Pleader for Home requests further time.
