(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE V. M. SAHAI) 1. We have heard Mr.A.D.Oza,learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.Niraj Ashar, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
2. This Letters Patent Appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 27.6.2012 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.2530 of 2012 by which the learned Single Judge has refused to grant interim relief to the appellant. We are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. Interest of justice would be served if we make the observation that the learned Single Judge may consider to decide the writ petition expeditiously. Subject to aforesaid observation, this Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of. As a consequence, civil application does not survive.
