Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
The petitioner claims that she was admitted to the M.A. Course in the subject of Hindi in G.S. Mahavidyala, Jamdeeh, Basti. The said institution is affiliated to Siddharth University, Kapilvastu, Siddharthnagar. The petitioner passed the M.A. Ist year examination in the subject of Hindi, however the petitioner is not being permitted to appear in the M.A. IInd year examination.
The petitioner has made a representation in this regard. The respondent no. 1 shall decide the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order along with copy of a fresh representation.
The writ petition is disposed of.
