Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Shambhavi holding brief of Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondents.
Present petition has been filed for a direction to respondent no. 2, The Registrar, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, Sector-7, Jankipuram Extension, Lucknow to issue the fresh and corrected marks-sheet and also to issue the degree of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 has produced a copy of the corrected mark sheet and the certificate along with letter dated 25.01.2019, which indicates that corrected mark-sheet has already been sent to the petitioner at the given address.
In such view of the matter, no further directions are required in the present petition.
The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed as having become infructuous.
Copy of the letter dated 25.01.2019 produced today by learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 is taken on record.
