Sri Himanshu Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent states that he has received instruction that though the petitioner was found fit in review medical test but in the final merit list his marks was below cut off marks therefore, the petitioner has not been selected.
Let the respondent may file counter affidavit in this regard within a period of two weeks.
