Sole prayer of the writ petitioner is that the Case No. 104/399, Prem Chand Vs. Devki, under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the court of Tehsildar, Mohammadabad Gohna, Mau, be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. 104/399, Prem Chand Vs. Devki, under Section 34 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 pending in the court of Tehsildar, Mohammadabad Gohna, Mau shall be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
