Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
The petitioner claiming herself to be an unmarried sister of the deceased government servant has filed this petition seeking her appointment on compassionate grounds.
Undisputedly the deceased government servant is survived by his wife the third respondent herein. There is no assertion in the writ petition whether the third respondent has moved any application for grant of appointment on compassionate grounds. There is also no disclosure as to whether she has given her consent for the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds. Consequently no cause arises for issuance of the writs as prayed for.
The writ petition is dismissed.
